You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Mit viel Liebe, haben wir 2021 eine alte Kegelbahn, zu einer hellen 85qm großen Wohnung umgestaltet. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.
