This guest house was born in 2019 and is an 8-minute walk from JR Okayama Station. Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter is 20 minutes by train, and you can take the Shinkansen for day trips to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Kobe, and Hiroshima. This is a rental cottage by the sea on Naoshima, a sacred place for art. There are two buildings, one on the ocean side and one on the mountain side, and Kai is the building on the ocean side. Free parking is available on site, which is rare in Naoshima. The building is a detached two-story building, with 6 beds in the bedroom on the ground floor and 2 futons in the Japanese-style room on the second floor, accommodating up to 6-8 people. There is a family-type kitchen and washing machine, so it can be used not only for family and friends, but also for student training camps, seminar trips, etc. It is a 3-minute walk from OHANA to the Venetian Art Site and a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for sightseeing while staying on Naoshima. Enjoy a relaxing time on Naoshima in an interior with plenty of wood, handled by a local contractor.

In the dining room with an island kitchen, you can enjoy music with high-quality speakers. Enjoy the scent and feel of the rare pine flooring. For the bedroom area, we have thick futons instead of beds, also with small children in mind. In addition, the futon area is slightly elevated with tatami mats.
