The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest urban area. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here. In the village there is a charming farm shop where you can buy lambskin, marmalades and chutney.

Björka Skola is located right in the heart of Skåne with a quiet and natural environment. There are several cafés, viewpoints and activity areas to visit within 30-40 minutes drive. Just 5 minutes away, you can go to the beautiful Vombsjön (beach + swimming area) and within 1 minute to Björkadammen (possibility of fishing).

The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No view inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.
