Convenient, large house that is good for families with children. Amazing patio and hosting that facilitated a great stay. We would like to come back and can recommend the place to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Lasse’s place! The apartment was lovely—spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the views were just stunning. It was a great base for exploring Bergen and the surrounding areas, and the location worked really well for us. Lasse was a great host, super helpful with local recommendations which made our trip even more enjoyable. The place was also really family-friendly, which was a big plus—we even spent a fun day at the nearby Vannkanten Waterworld with the kids. All in all, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore Bergen!

The stay at Susanne's house was spectacular. The house is super spacious, very well equipped and decorated. The surroundings are beautiful. We had rainy days and the house was wonderful. We felt like cooking, reading, watching movies... we also used the kayaks, paddle surfing and had a great time. I would definitely go back. Highly recommendable.

Space is abundant and the house is very tastefully furnished. Fabulous view. Boat for fishing with its own jetty. One of the best houses we have had so far. Jorunn is a very nice and helpful person. This stay was breathtaking. The pictures posted were accurate of everything you encounter at the stay. Knut was so kind and responsive and he helped us with baggage, recommendations, and he spent time orienting us to the cabin and its amenities. Whenever I had a question, Knut messaged back within just a couple minutes with a thorough and helpful response. The stay was spotless and the view was indescribable. The hot tub is such a nice bonus. It's like a private oasis. This stay is an absolute gem and I recommend you stay here without any hesitation!

We felt right at home. The house is beautiful and very quiet. The direct dock at the house invites you to fish, swim and canoe. It is super cozy in the house itself and on the terrace. The view is fantastic. The city of Bergen is easily accessible by bus. We had super nice days as a family with 2 teenagers. We received valuable tips and support from the hosts in advance. Marianne showed and explained everything in the house and gave some tips for the area. Since we arrived without a car, that was very helpful. We felt like in a little paradise 😀 Thanks to Einar and Marianne for everything!!!

We have been here before and feel confident that we came back to a place where things were in order. Little can compare to nature and quiet surroundings at Bømlo. We had a great stay and would love to come back.

We enjoyed the house very much. It is a great, lovingly restored boathouse in its own small bay with its own dock and private pier. The house has lots of charm and is well equipped. There is also a good motorboat at your disposal, with which you can also explore the beautiful surroundings on the water. We ate our own caught fish, crabs and mussels on the beautiful terrace in the evening. Overall a very nice stay, thank you!

Wr had such a magical Christmas time staying here so we could be with my Sister and her family and to celebrate her baby's Baptism is Rosendal too on Christmas Day. It was such a beautiful wooden lodge we enjoyed thw fire so cosy. It was like a home from home and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The house is an absolute dream and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful. Our host Linda is very attentive and friendly, we will be back very soon. That was my best Norway experience so far :)

We - 2 adults and 3 kids - lived in the house for one week. It was easy to find with g.maps and we had a very relaxed time even the weather was rainy sometimes. We enjoyed: the location and house itself to use the boat and the fire place in the house to use the washig mashine (and the dryer) the water quality of the lake and in the house and last but not least our very cool and nice hosts!
