Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Situated on over 2 acres, but in town with convenient access to both Downtown Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Quick 10 minute drive will have you at Lost Island and The Isle as well. River access and bike trails run right across the road too! Or stay in, with plenty of room to play in the fenced in yard, and bonus game room in the garage. This place has it all. Note: All bedrooms of this property are on second floor.

This brand new home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is conveniently located near the University of Northern Iowa, a short walk to downtown Cedar Falls for restaurants and coffee and one block from Mercy One Hospital. Only half a mile to the bike trails along the Cedar River. Then unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploration, or gather around the fire table on the deck. The fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows and chatting around the campfire.
