Vacation rentals with a firepit in Black Warrior River

The place is great! It matches the description/pictures. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean! It's private, scenic, and has beautiful views of Lake Tuscaloosa. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The host, Brooke, is also great. Very responsive and helpful! We will be visiting again!

A group if 10 stayed comfortably. The space was clean, cozy and spacious enough for the group. Patsy was such a wonderful host! The group commented on how comfortable the space was (beds, kitchen and common spaces). They also enjoyed feeling close to the the community. They felt safe and taken care of their entire stay. We plan yo travel to Selma again next year and hope to stay again. Highly recommended!

I loved the stay, family out of town did too but "too many trees " 🤣 i guess the countryside hasn't quite rubbed off them just yet. but it was an amazing stay

Went with our extended family for the weekend. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of extra beds we didn’t even use. The layout is great and gives everyone space and the downstairs game room was great having the sink and another refrigerator down there. Would definitely recommend for a larger family or for a bigger group of friends. Fire pit and grill were great. Enjoyed just sitting on the patios and dock taking in the views and sunshine.

Amy proactively sent us detailed instructions in advance as the location is secluded and GPS doesn’t locate it well. Inside the unit has been nicely remodeled will many homely touches and quality furniture. Cleanliness from top to bottom was PRISTINE. Great stay and though secluded, the location is close to everything we needed. Thanks Amy!

Rented the place for my daughter’s graduation from the University of Alabama. It was a very nice place and perfect for our family! Wesley was very responsive! We would definitely stay again.

This was my second time staying here. For future trips, I plan to continue to check availability here first and stay here whenever it’s available. It’s a very peaceful and private place to stay. It’s clean and Denise is very helpful and makes sure we always have whatever we need to feel at home.

This was such a beautiful place to stay, and easy and convenient to reach from the University. I wish there had been wood provided for the fire pit, but the cottage is beautiful. The Wifi really doesn't support streaming services on the TV, but I loved the location and the surrounding woods. Josh was very communicative and responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

What a great place and great people. They have always been great host and great people to deal with. It was an awesome experience and place. If could I give 20 stars I would.

Dude I just love this place. Awesome host great location and always clean which is my biggest thing I worry about when booking. This place is always on point !
