Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The estate apartment is located in the rural village of Zeigerheim near Rudolstadt. A spacious living room and bedroom invite you to a cozy glass of wine and pleasant hours. Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side street below the market. Pubs , cafes, shopping and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m), " Inselparkplatz" (100m) or the "Seidelparkplatz" (10 min walk) and in the car parks (every 50m away). Train stations or bus station are super easy to reach on foot.

I offer a newly renovated apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfed can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. In the entrance area opposite is another (2 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb.
