St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken and Homburg can be reached in 20 minutes. You can reach Saarbrücken Airport in 7 minutes and the Saarland thermal baths in 15 minutes. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

Our house is located in the center of town, numerous shopping facilities, banks, service providers and restaurants are also within walking distance from here in a few minutes away. The Würzbacher Weiher is about 800 m away, a bus stop and the train station are nearby. 70 m², large dining/living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with floor-level shower/sink/toilet, bedroom with large double bed, Washing machine.

The living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.
