The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x bed extendable 160x200cm 1 x small child travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
