Monthly Rentals in Block Island

We loved visiting the Beach Cottage on Benson! Amy and Jay were perfect hosts and made us feel welcome. The movie theater and back deck were very cool and the cottage was clean and included everything you will need.

Thank you Joe for a great stay at the cottage on spar farm! The location had beautiful ocean views, and on the clear nights we were able to see all the stars. Truly beautiful. Joe was responsive when we had questions and greeted us the day we arrived. The patio was great for outdoor meals, and we loved using the grill to cookout one night. I would recommend having a car if you stay at this location, as it will be easier to get to and from town or the beach with a car.

Hopes place is very charming and the location can’t be beat. The beach is easily accessible and within walking distances to shops and restaurants. 10/10 recommend!

The place was beautiful I would love to go back again and Tom and Patricia were such a great host, very friendly and welcoming.
