Silvy was simply amazing and her brand new apartment offers a sleek, modern living space with plenty of natural light and efficient use of space. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable, featuring adequate storage. Bathrooms are modern with good fixtures. It's located in a convenient area with easy access to the Sonnenkopf area, and public transport, making the „Arlberg“ hotspots easily accessible. Overall, it provides a comfortable, contemporary living experience, suitable for families and couples looking for a quality staying.

Had a very pleasant stay at Beate and Ewald's Airbnb. It was very clean and tidy and we were welcomed with a basket of delicious chocolate eggs and Easter bunny. There was also wine and other things ready for us in the fridge and the next morning there was a delicious breakfast at the door. in short, we lacked nothing. Thank you Beate and Ewald for the kind hospitality.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Gerd was a friendly and available host. The apartment suited our needs perfectly with a double room and sofa bed. The whole apartment was new, nice and fresh with all the comforts. Just within walking distance to the village, grocery store, restaurants and lift system. We can highly recommend this home.

This was likely THE most pristinely clean BnB we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely immaculate. The place is gorgeous. The views from the patio are stunning! The front desk attendant was so kind and helpful- she put us at ease as we were running a bit late. They offer fresh baked breads and pastries for overnight order and THEY ARE DELICIOUS. We ordered several items- such a lovely touch. The location is probably fantastic for winter months- but we visited in the “off season” and were met with very, very limited dining options. There was one location open for dinner 25 minutes away. The kitchen in the apartment is STOCKED so I vote having a night in and cooking something to eat- and all would be well if you’re visiting in the fall time like us :) We would’ve done so had we known. The mattress is veryyyyy firm, so we slept on the couch but that’s all preferences.

The house is in a heavenly location, Ariane is very friendly and accommodating and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful and quiet chalet in top condition. Modern and quietly furnished with everything you need. Everything very high-quality and with personal and regional charm. Everything was also perfectly clean and well organized. We felt very welcome as a family, there were plenty of opportunities for the children to play and for us adults to rest and spend a cozy holiday. Karin and her husband Walter are very nice and accommodating landlords. They were always immediately available as a contact person (although everything was so well prepared that we didn't need it at all). Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation with you. We had a great week of vacation.

Super simple and uncomplicated. The accommodation was great for our group, communication easy and generally everything very relaxed and perfect for our requirements. A nice new bathroom, and the location is also quiet, but well connected to everything. We would definitely come back.

We were 4 adults and two kids and had a wonderful stay at this property. Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host. Communication was always fast and Stefan gave us some recommendations for good restaurants in the area. The location of the accommodation is particularly noteworthy. It's very quiet and from up there you have a wonderful view of the village of Brand and the mountains lying around. Nevertheless, you are quickly on foot in the village. The property is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the hospitality!

Dear Rebekka, We had a great stay in your so lovingly decorated Maisäss. We enjoyed the tranquility in the beautiful surroundings. In the morning, the day started firing the oven and immediately the cozy room was warm and the kids enjoyed playing on the couch. Thanks for the good tips and your accessibility! The arrival is easily doable as described via a gravel path. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the Maisäss! Oh yes, of course, the walking invites you to great hikes and excursions, (Haus Matschwitz for eating a 30-minute walk, gondola as well) so the car could stop for a week.

We were able to spend a great week skiing. The house is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. From toddler to grandparents, we quickly felt comfortable. Communication with Jürgen and Monika was straightforward, our questions were answered quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Paulina and Tobias' apartment. The two are super nice hosts. The apartment is modern and superbly equipped. Absolutely recommended!

We had a very nice time in Frastanz. The apartment is very well equipped, in the kitchen there are all the appliances and utensils you need. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. The apartment is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Feldkirch and Lichtenstein can be reached quickly by bus and train. We liked Gurtis for hiking (accessible by bus from the Mühlegasse stop).

Great appartment with enough space for a large family with 3 bedrooms. Separate and complete kitchen, cozy living room and spacious bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Close to the ski lift, basement for ski’s and shoes. Walking distance to the centre of Schruns. All in all we had a great vacation.

Sylvia's apartment makes you feel "at home" from the first minute. This is how it happened to us and our boys from the beginning. You enter the spacious "dining room" from which all rooms are accessible and can explore the very large apartment from here. Everyone quickly found their favorite place. The apartment offers a great mix between traditional craftsmanship with cassette ceiling and intarsient tables as well as a beautiful parquet floor, coupled with a modern kitchen and actually three bathrooms PLUS a "wellness area" with sauna. In addition, a fireplace, so you want to spend cozy hours indoors, although the surrounding landscape and views make up the true charm of the apartment. Sylvia is incredibly helpful as a host and is always available to help, for example, if ALL cable cars are closed and hiking is difficult. Thanks for the great tips, we will be happy to come back.
