Es liegt in einem ruhigen zentralen Stadtteil von Kassel, man braucht nur 5 Minuten in die Karlsaue und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen zum Friedrichsplatz & Friedericianum). Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kassel braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das moderne Bad hat eine große Dusche.

Downtown can be reached by regional train in about 5 minutes, by bus in approx. 15 minutes. To the Kassel-Harleshausen train station, gas station, supermarkets, pharmacy you need approx. 3-5 minutes on foot. The landlord lives in a separate apartment one floor down. Free parking on the adjacent street.

Rent room 15 sqm in my ground floor old building apartment, in which I live with 2 small young dogs (in the closed room). Central, one minute to bus and train stop Kirchweg. The bakery is 50 meters away, while Rewe and the gas station are 2 minutes away. I rent without breakfast, no kitchen use, as it is my kitchen. Fridge, kettle, microwave and dishes are in the room. The bed is 1.80 × 2.00 m, oversized blankets, bed linens, towels are provided
