The apartment is located in the middle of the city, on weekends the "St. Family Church" will ring you gently into the day - from here you can experience the whole city comfortably for yourself. Stylish apartment in the front west awaits you. In the old building with high ceilings and a great sense of space, completely renovated and with a breathtaking view. Perfect for a short trip or a whole week. Lovingly furnished with everything you need! Including Netflix! Everything in walking distance: tram, bus, restaurants, cafes, city center. Kassel's party mile is very close, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. Ideal for two people. 3rd floor, unfortunately without elevator!!!

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
