Apartment converted into a fully renovated 40 m² studio. It's my own home, which I renovated with great care. I only rent it out when I go on a trip. It's 5 minutes from the train. There is a supermarket, restaurants, a bike path, a pharmacy and a laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport connections to the whole country. 4.5 km from the airport but without the noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.
