Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

My apartment is a small, attached house with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a village of 3600 inhabitants on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you can combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big cities offer. The oldest oak tree in Germany is in Erle. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently. Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
