Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

Exclusive use

During my son's studies, I offer his apartment to solo travelers or couples, from 2 nights without a pet. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet, detached, 3-family house, surrounded by lots of nature, birds & garden with excellent connections to public transport and good parking and shopping. It should be noted that it could be uncomfortable for people with a height of over 190 cm in the bathroom. 2 cats in the house, cat allergy sufferers, beware!

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The studio (28 sqm) is an independent, closed living/sleeping unit with bathroom (shower/toilet, renovated 2014) and a separate country kitchen (renovated 2017). A wardrobe and shelf separate the sleeping area from the living/dining area. Various armchairs and warm lights create an atmosphere for relaxation. From the north, east, south or west - we welcome all visitors and also international guests (we speak English and some French).
