Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

The bright, newly renovated and newly equipped apartment (90 m²) is located on the first floor of the house that we live in ourselves. There are two separate bedrooms. In the living room, a sofa bed can be used by two people. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, nothing stands in the way of a shared breakfast with six people. Wi-Fi and a large TV (46 inches) are provided. Coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first day.
