The city center of Mettmann is only 5 minutes' walk away, the regional train S28 to Düsseldorf or Wuppertal is 3 minutes' walk away, buses to Hilden, Erkrath, Haan. The journey to Düsseldorf main train station takes only 20 minutes.

Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.
