The property sits in the middle of the historic center of Gouda, just a stone's throw from restaurants, bars, and shops. Take a walk along the old town hall and across the market square to get to know the historic character of the city. Within a short period of time you can reach cities like Rotterdam (18 min), The Hague (16 min), Utrecht (20 min) and Amsterdam (35 min) by train. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a wide staircase. There is a (paid) parking just a 4-minute walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The bustling center of Gouda with the beautiful town hall on the Markt is a 7 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. The cheese market is in the summer on Thursdays. There is also a festival site. Gouda is a quiet town, but you won't find total silence here. The station with direct connections to Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Amsterdam is a 15-minute walk away.

The house is energy-neutral by means of heat pump, solar panels and WTW. Floor heating in the cold days and floor cooling in the hot summer. With us you have the feeling of really being in the countryside, while the comforts of shopping, restaurants and nightlife are only a few kilometers away. In the nature reserve next to us, you can go hiking and there are several cycling routes. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden and other cities can be reached in about half an hour.
