Neatly quiet and and beautiful this homeowner lived just across the street in the farmhouse. we have also been to the owner's cows for a while and enjoyed the milk you can buy at the farm every morning. Everything as one wishes was a great week without stress

Beautiful idyllic place equipped with the most necessary. My little daughter loved the carousel and the opportunities to play outside. Very nice hosts who were always available. For us, the overnight stay in the shepherd's wagon was a special experience. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was perfect for exploring the city of Passau on foot with the kids. All in all, the place is very nice and well decorated. Defects are resolved immediately, which makes the landlord very trustworthy. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the holiday very much.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic loft in idyllic, rural surroundings! The open, stylishly designed spaces create a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and the view is simply spectacular. A wonderful place to unwind – highly recommended!

Angelika is a lovely host, which was appreciated by our children. We were able to move freely on the farm, on the playground and among the animals. Everything was seamless and welcoming, nothing was a problem.

The place was nice and clean. Helga helped us with whatever we needed but gave us privacy as well. Very good kitchen, cooked great food. The surroundings are awesome for small kids. Helga has a rabbit and chickens that the kids loved and a very good playground. Barely felt a need to leave the place. We also enjoyed the sauna in the unit We recommend this place very much

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had.
