Brand new semi-detached apartment close to the center of the "village of character". Spacious and bright, beautiful view from the private terrace. Petanque court, trampoline. Numerous hiking trails, electric mountain bike rental 15 minutes away. 2 restaurants in the village 5 minutes away. 10 min from the lakes of Vernoux and Alboussiére, guinguette and snack bar open in the summer season. 20 min from St Peray, wine cellar. 40 min to tree climbing above the Eyrieux.
