The accommodation is the same as the photos, it is located in an accessible and quiet street. Near downtown and ferry, the chalet is functional and was extremely clean!! The one who gave us the instruction was Beatriz who was super solicitor and pleasant.

I just want to leave a tip for the near future if possible, air conditioning installation on the ground floor of the house, the fan helped a lot, but with the air it will be even more cozy..... The house and the place in which it is located is fantastic very beautiful with a peace that is not found... it has all kitchen utensils in addition to the cleaning of the environments. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

Quiet place and wonderful garden on beach freight, my dogs loved it. The very charming house, all equipped with furniture, appliances, full kitchen utensils, clean bed and bath linens.

Nature encircled property with a charming waterfall on the ground. Perfect for those seeking tranquility and contact with the environment! We had five wonderful days there!

the beautiful place! all very clean and tidy! The little cachoeirinha in front of the room is perfect and with the noise of the passions the feeling of peace is immense! Vanessa was very proactive, very friendly! The place has several nearby trades and is relatively close to the beach! We will return more often for sure!

The stay was very good in Eder's apartment. We only have observation to do in relation to the condominium, which does not have a sun guard in the pool. Suggestion would be to make a natural cover (of plants) in an existing bamboo structure, to make shade. We tried to use the external shower, down the road (staircase) to the beach, but the forest was closed covering the shower and with cobwebs. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, very nice. Recommend!

I had a perfect weekend, I have no words to describe how much I liked, the chalet we stayed at is extremely clean, smelly, romantic, welcoming, the structure of the impeccable place, all very beautiful. communication with Jeannine very fast, easy and good. It was an excellent stay!! Maressa is always attentive. The cottage is wonderful, a super quiet place. Great for those who like to enjoy nature, not to mention the beautiful waterfall that is close to the cottage. I highly recommend it.

The stay was wonderful! Really one of the cleanest places we've ever been. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is great and spacious with very good utensils! The house is secluded and seaside, perfect for those looking for tranquility. Sleeping listening to the waves of the sea was surely one of the highest few of the stay. The location is not so easily accessible but Antônio helped us a lot with transportation, very dear and attentive as well as Maria! The only point is that to reach the beach you need to cross a river, and when the tide rises the crossing makes it very difficult mainly because of the stones. My boyfriend ended up getting hurt, so stay tuned! It has a great option to cross the bridge, taking around 10 minutes on foot; also very accessible and close.

The stay in the little house was perfect, it's exactly like in the pictures, super organized and clean! The ascent was a challenge, but it's worth too much for the wonderful view, the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen!!! Caio and Ina, super attentive, I want to come back many times!!!

The chalets are airy, with working air-conditioning (ice cream rsrs) and a strong ceiling fan, we do not pass heat !! Everything very clean, organized, and the place is hidden, but in a very cool space, and it is still in a great place, close to everything !! Flexible parking and check in/ out!! I thank Matheus for the kindness of Matheus, and the support of Thais, which were exceptional in the experience we had (Carnaval esrs) !! Hope we'll be back soon !!

Gorgeous, cozy Espacinho, an amazing view. Comfortable Colchao, kitchen with everything you need, internet works well, holds even meetings. Hostã is a love, very easy to talk about if you need anything. Lovalizacao is great, close to Vila and the beaches of the north. Super recommend, same long stay, holds super well.

Chalet in a safe condominium with spectacular views. They welcomed us late at night and super well because we had an unforeseen event with another accommodation and we were with family. Even the condominium doorman is super helpful. Communicative host and responds quickly, super attentive. The view is breathtaking. Great location. For those who are afraid of steep climbs or have mobility difficulties, it may not be interesting. It can be a place to sunbathe and has a shower for those who don't want to go to the beach.

Rita's accommodation is exactly like the photos and great location, checkin without bureaucracy, and the staff of the condominium served us well. Rita is a great host, she answered me quickly and was requested. We very much enjoy our stay and recommend to anyone visiting Boiçucanga!
