beautiful and perfect apartment for those who are morning, waking up with the sun is everything! It's a little away from the center, but a 5min walk already has access to everything. The apartment was great for our family with 2 pets 🥰 nearby also has plenty of pet friendly places. Jorge has always been very quick in the answers and gave precise instructions. We indicated 2 possible improvements and he said he was already on the radar, so everything will be even better.

The Mônica space is extremely similar to the description, with preserved furniture, well-kept environments and thoroughly cleaned. The house is within an organized condo and insurance with 24-hour gatehouse. Although it is a little distant from the beach, about 15 minutes walking, the house is worth it and Mônica was extremely attentive and careful with us. Super recommend the space.

We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

My stay was great! Dona Helena was super attentive and flexible, which made it so much easier. The inn is a charm, clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. And best of all, it's close to the center! It was the first time I was close to this region, and I loved it! I'll definitely be back soon!

The space is small but it is wonderful, we feel at home, clean and cozy, we do not feel warm, but we recommend putting air conditioning and a stove with an oven, as it will value much more, we will definitely return!

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!
