Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Deze comfortabele vrijstaande vakantiewoning, met een flinke tuin met privacy, ligt in een heel rustig klein parkje (± 30 huisjes) in het prachtige landschap van De Friese Wouden, aan de rand van het dorpje Boijl (870 inw.). De zonnige tuin geeft privacy en beschikt over 2 terrassen. Vlakbij zijn de Drentse Koloniën van Weldadigheid (Unesco werelderfgoed) met fraaie dorpen als Frederiksoord (Museum De Proefkolonie). Je kunt er prachtig wandelen, fietsen en zwemmen in het Aekingermeer.

In het huisje is alles aanwezig voor een verblijf met 2 personen. Er staan twee 1-persoons bedden en er is een kitchenette met kook- en eetgerei en een koelkastje. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn in het schone toiletgebouw. Er zijn 2 mountainbikes of 2 e-bikes te huur. Net als een bijzettentje.
