Waterfront vacation rentals in Boise

We enjoyed a comfortable stay here with everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy. The patio was enjoyable in the nice weather. The location is wonderful - so close to the river and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The area feels very safe, quiet and cheery. We really loved walking to the river area and found a sandy protected swimming spot super close that our 4 year old loved splashing around in! The park even provided life jackets which was awesome. The hike seems to be about 7 minutes from everything so very easy to get around. We appreciated the bikes provided and would have loved to try out the kayaks - maybe next time!

The Riverfront Retreat is an immaculate, well-appointed, generously stocked home on the Snake River with lovely views of mountains in tranquility. We watched the sun come up from the kitchen, listening to the birds and ducks. The kitchen was perfect for my husband, who is a chef, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect place for our family gathering. We went grocery shopping prior to arriving and relied on the local store for basics, but you could purchase the local wines there, which was great as we did not have time to go to the wineries. Warning: this is a property that expects you to clean after your stay. They state if you don’t clean a big clean fee will be charged. I would have stayed somewhere else if I would’ve known that I needed to clean. It gave me anxiety on my way out. The property was great. Everything was beautiful.

3rd time staying at the Little House by the River. The place is a slice of heaven.The views from every corner of the house are stunning. The place was spotless,as usual,and Sue left us a chocolate Easter Bunny and chocolate egg on the counter. I cooked everyday and there's an excess of cookware/bakeware in the kitchen that makes it impossible to need anything. Spending sunrise or sunset on the porch or the hammock listening to birds, especially the cooing of mourning doves, was a joy. Seeing the quails running on the spacious lot that the property is built on ( Probably a full acre ) was amazing. Neighbors are far from you so you won't hear a thing. You can even exercise by walking on the property or relax on the hammock and watch the beautiful and colorful Idaho sunset and all God's creations from nesting birds on the property to birds of prey. Dish Internet was reliable and fast, Used it daily with zero issues. Sue is the best host and a lady with a beautiful heart .

Awesome spot, fantastic host! This is an amazing place to stay on the Snake River. The house is even better than the photos. Has all the amenities you’d expect, and Dellon is one of the best hosts you’ll find. Had a great weekend with my son and can’t wait to come back…

My husband stayed back in June of 2024 and loved it! So we came down to visit our daughter and celebrate his birthday, and I see why! All the reviews accurately describe the place. You absolutely can’t beat the location, and Jeanie Sue is very responsive. It’s a charming studio apartment that was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. So many places around to eat, drink coffee, and taste wine. It’s so nice to see all the new places opening up in Garden City. We look forward to our next visit!

With the river steps away from the back patio and lush landscaping in a quiet residential golf community, this studio guesthouse provides a private, relaxing, sanctuary like setting for guests to enjoy. Sliding glass doors, large windows and a thoughtful design give this immaculate studio an airy and spacious feeling. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. along with basics of coffee, tea, cooking oil and a few spices. The bed is comfy, pillows are soft, bathroom towels are luxurious and shower water pressure is great. Hosts Rebecca and Stan were welcoming and gracious, offering us an early check in and access to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return if we are in the Boise/Eagle area again.
