No neighbors. Proximity to outdoor center, outdoor swimming, lakes with swimming, paddling and fishing. By car, you can quickly reach, among other things, Wanås art park and Åhus sandy beaches.

The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. The accommodation is located in our garage (model larger). The stairs to the sleeping loft go through the garage. In a few minutes, you are at the lake where you can fish from the jetty, swim, skate, depending on the season! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is a bike path almost all the way. Read the "accommodation" tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.
