Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

A completely renovated house 100 meters from Lake Bolmen with a large patio with sun all day and views of the amazing Lake Bolmen. Pier and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we breed Gotland sheep and on the land there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation there is a padel court, boules courts, football pitch, outdoor gym and multi-sports arena.

In addition to this, there is a golf course, moose park, bus country and nice excursions outside the city, in the nearby area. The cottage is good for couples or families. The guest house should only be used during the summer months. There is a summer restaurant in the harbor. Boat available for rent at an extra charge. Sauna renovated in 2026.
