Individually and comfortably furnished "Premium Eco-Apartment" for 2-4 people in tastefully developed Resthof with fantastic garden. Very quiet. Various outdoor seating, depending on the sun's position and personal preferences. In the middle of the Lauenburg Lake District, 4.5 km to Lake Schaal, 4 km to the nearest swimming area at Lake Piper. 10 minutes to Mölln or Ratzeburg, 30 minutes to Lübeck, 45 minutes to Hamburg and Schwerin. Accessible by public transportation. Bus outside the door.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
