Beautiful place, kind hosts and always busy making common places cozy. The pool is very nice and well cared for. The farmhouse is located in a quiet area, in about ten minutes you can reach the center of Marina di Campo and the beaches, the structure also offers bicycles to get around, although maybe you have to be a little trained to Getting to the beaches. The place is small but perfect for 3 people, nothing is missing. Staying at Stefania's was a pleasure!

Thank you for being quick to respond. We asked about the details of the place, we arrived in 30 minutes for the tour, and in two hours we had a place to live for two weeks. Even if you don't speak a word of English and we don't speak Italian, we felt willing to do so. The place had everything we needed. There was a friendly and laid-back atmosphere on your premises.

The apartment is very cozy, the basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom as well as bed linen are provided, everything corresponded to the description and the pictures. Although we booked at very short notice for an arrival on 12/25, everything worked out wonderfully, we were able to check in easily despite the absence of the hosts. Lisa was very friendly and answered all questions at any time. The cats and dogs from the neighborhood are very intimate ;-) It was nice!

The house is in a quiet position, out of traffic , a green space enough for pets or children . Inside Cristina had great attention to our comfort during the stay. 3 new bathrooms are not easily found in a house and are a blessing for those who ,like us , live it in 7 people . Recommended
