Vacation rentals with a firepit in Bongpyeong-myeon

I tried Choncang for the first time, but first of all, the condition of the accommodation was so clean and nice, and it was so nice that it was equipped with all the camping tools and that it was available for free! They prepared all the bedding leisurely, and the bed was equipped with an electric mat, so I was able to stay so warm and cozy. And the landlord was so kind that he gave me feedback very quickly every🥹 time I inquired, and it snowed a lot, but I was worried first, and I was so grateful. It's a place I want to come back to when the flowers bloom because the spring and weather are good! If you want to stay in Gangwon Province, I highly recommend this accommodation!

I was looking for a place to go anywhere for the holidays in a hurry, and it was very satisfying! First of all, the yard, the first floor, and the second floor were very clean. And I forgot to bring my toothbrush, so I asked for it, but they were so happy to bring it to me so quickly, and I enjoyed the breakfast you prepared for me so much! If it was a little unfortunate, there was no closet or hangers at all, so I hung it on the dining table, but I was very satisfied except for one thing.

Of course, the facilities were the best, friendly, and I used them pleasantly.

Peaceful and relaxing space, perfect for a weekend getaway

It was so clean, and it was no joke that you decorated this and that! It was so pretty and I had a good rest at a good price ~!

I liked the accommodation so much that it was so nice that I thought I should go to Yeongwol again:) Not only the house, but the cutlery and props were so pretty, and it was a clean accommodation that smelled good even on the towels!

We choose this place because of its proximity to Gangreung (강릉) beach, about 30 minutes by car. Really a great place if you're looking for serenity and a break away from the city. It's a bit far from restaurants and other facilities, but there is a supermarket 10 minutes driving distance where you can buy provisions. The house is as described, two bedrooms with individual bathrooms. The one on the 1st floor has a bidet, which to me was heaven! The house was also properly heated so we got a much needed rest 🩶 I would definetely come back if I'm ever looking to recharge and get another break from all the buzz.

It was a dream time. My husband said he wanted time to stop here on the last day. It's a great place to get away from the😊 hectic city life and relax. There are bugs. As it was a mountain, I saw one every once in a while. But the caravan, grill zone, and fire pit were all good enough to offset all of that. We love Ubud, Bali, but it's not as good as it can be. I'll come again when I get tired of the❤️ busy city life!

Location was very peaceful and a great place to stay

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming stay. It’s just a 2-3 minute drive from the main road, and once you arrive, it truly feels like a peaceful paradise away from the noise. The owners, a husband and wife duo, warmly greeted us upon our arrival and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. They provided invaluable safety tips for driving during the snowy season and even offered to bring us back to the pension in case we couldn’t return due to heavy snow. Their kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression on us. I already miss this wonderful place and hope to return someday!

It was a trip that I left for an unscheduled trip.

It was a lodging in the forest on a cold winter day, so I felt like I was in a country house, and it was so nice ~ It was also a wooden room, so there was a wind, but it was also romantic ~ I almost slipped it, but thanks to the owner, I passed it well. Thank you ~ ^ ^

It was a spacious, pleasant, and beautiful accommodation! The building is old, but it's clean and good enough to cover all the old ones! I want to go to the valley again in the summer!

The best. No words. A place that only I want to know

I had such a comfortable stay for 1 night and 2 days during the holidays. While I was having a barbecue outside, a cute cat (Darae) came and kept me on my knees… After spending all day in the complex where you can see the opposite apartment from the window, you can see the forest and trees outside the window, and you can hear the birds in the morning, so it was so peaceful and happy. It's a tree house, so it feels like you can sleep well...!! I had a comfortable stay. I'll visit again when the season changes!!
