Accommodation in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, approx. 60 m2, private entrance, additional approx. 15 m2 south-facing terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that the proximity to the garden may result in an insect occasionally entering the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.

The apartment is stylish, high quality and fully furnished and is wonderful for a short as well as for a longer period. Laundry can be washed, dried and ironed if necessary.
