Follow the road along the harbor and you'll end up downtown Boothbay Harbor where all the shops and restaurants are. While we love children and animals, the space is not appropriate / safe for children under 8 or pets of any kind.

The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Penthouse Master Bedroom
The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. Book with us from November 14 th through December 31 st and get two complimentary tickets to the Gardens aglow Light show at the Boothbay Botanical Gardens!

Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

At 750 square feet, this adorable cabin is suited for no more than 4 people. You will have access to a small, private, sandy beach; a rare find on the rocky coast of Maine. There is so much to see and do in the Boothbay area. Life slows down and there is no better place to experience that "Maine, the way life should be" feeling.
