This is a beautiful 1500 s.f. Bungalow on the Sierra hill side overlooking the San Juaquin Valley. Very peaceful, very serene, and very private. My place is located in Gold Country, the foothills of the Sierra,great views of the mountains, hot tub, pond, outdoor kitchen and theater, great back roads for biking,close to the downtown historical Mariposa restaurants and shops,Forty-five minutes to Yosemite National Park, 45 minutes to Bass Lake.
