A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Close to a small pond, you will find a charming apartment adjoining an old renovated barn. This nature-lined home will please you with its simplicity. The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
