A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Op De Noord – Rural Amsterdam

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
