Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

Our houseboat is located on a branch of the pikmeer overlooking the water, the skyline of the water sports village of Grou, the Pikmeer and the island "de Burd". De houseboat beschikt nagenoeg over alle voorzieningen zoals u thuis gewend bent. Uw Ligging De houseboat ligt verankerd in de jachthaven/camping de Drijfveer in Akkrum in het hart van Friesland. Gelegen op een prachtige en rustige zichtlocatie en op kleine (loop)afstand van diverse faciliteiten en activiteiten in en nabij het pitoreske Akkrum!

A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve the Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. There are many cycling routes around this area, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the arkenpark

Wonderful location in the middle of Weerribben-Wieden National Park in the atmospheric water village of Kalenberg near Blokzijl and Giethoorn ( 20 minutes). Ideal starting point for cycling, canoeing and hiking tours through nature. Lots of privacy and a place to unwind. The journey time to attractions such as Amsterdam and the Keukenhof is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
