De kernwaarden van het park zijn rust, natuur en privacy. Je vindt hier dus vooral natuurliefhebbers en rustzoekers. Op het park zijn verschillende voorzieningen aanwezig, zoals een receptie, buitenzwembad, tennisbaan en speeltuin. Het ligt aan de voet van de Lemeler- en Archemerberg en op ca. 6 km van het gezellige stadje Ommen.

Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

In the garden, there is a cozy terrace with beach chair and barbecue facilities. Washing machine and dryer with coin-operated machine are available in a separate washhouse. The place is quiet and centrally located. A bakery is about 50 Meters.

Our apartment is right in the center of Borkum right by the new lighthouse. It's 500 meters to the beach. The apartment is centrally located but still very quiet and very bright due to the many windows. Although it is located in a historic building from 1898, it is very modern. The building was completely renovated in 2014.
