Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful starlit sky in the Netherlands, kept warm by the log fire in the fireplace.
