We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building maintenance, the environment and sustainability. The beautiful colours of egg oil tempera adorn the walls, and genuine linseed oil paint is a given in a house from the late 1800s. Nice tiled stoves provide pleasant warmth, and the kitchen is large and spacious. In winter, there are great conditions for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at Romme alpin. An approximately 8 km long skating rink is plowed on our lake with access about 100 metres from the property. The house is situated near the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

The house is located in a far located area and close to the Dalälven river where there are nice walking paths. Everything that you might need is within a few kilometers and there is a small Coop only 300 meters from the house. It takes about 20 minutes to go by car to Romme Alpin as well as to the neighboring town of Falun. If you need to charge the car, there are opportunities for it.

Cozy Guesthouse in central Borlänge

Private, fresh guest house next to our house. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Private entrance, patio and fast Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1 has two 90 cm beds and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, 160 cm when unfolded. The kitchen is fully equipped except that there is no oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine and drying rack. The location is central in Borlänge – within walking distance to both ICA Maxi, the city center, restaurants and shops. For ski lovers, Romme Alpin is only 15 minutes away by car.

Welcome to our charming guest house located by the Tunaån river in Borlänge, where the city meets Tunaslätten. The bus goes all the way! It is a perfect starting point for excursions in Dalarna, and in winter, Romme Alpin is 13 minutes away. If you like cross-country skiing, Gyllbergen offers low-mountain-like nature. Locally, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the spring streams, take a ride on the river, or a dip, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away. Electric car charging is available.

About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg and Sjö. 1,5 km walk to the ski center. 3 beds. (+2 sofa bed) Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed (suitable best for children). This house is located in the Paradiset area in Borlänge. An incredible location close to natural areas but still close to the city. A house of your own on the same property where we live. Just behind the house is Paradisbacken, which is a large sledding hill in the winter. It is close to Romme Alpine, only 16 minutes by car. Kupolen shopping center is only 5 minutes away and Maserhallen/Aqua Nova even closer. Come and enjoy slalom skiing, hiking or shopping and spend wonderful days here! Welcome!

One room, private kitchen, bathroom and entrance

Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome home to us and our bright guest apartment located in the basement of our villa. You have your own entrance with a code lock and come down the stairs directly into the apartment, which has its own toilet with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and the possibility to cook. We who live in the house are me, Ola and my wife Theresa and our two boys born in 2017 and 2021.

Welcome to Västanvägen 29, here you will have the ground floor in the house all to yourself! Here you live in a quiet area but with proximity to everything from green areas and grocery store. If you're going skiing in Romme, you're on the right side of town. If you want the whole house to yourselves with 14 regular beds, 5 toilets and 4 showers, plus an extra kitchenette on the basement level, then you are looking for Stora Tegelhuset.
