Nice house in the city!

We are travelling a big group, compose of 11 adults and 3 children. We were comfortably stayed in Richard house. Very big, clean and spacious. Highly recommended for big group

Easy check in and check out. We appreciate the privacy in the very clean and spacious room, except for the poor soundproofing. However, all the tenants respect each other without creating much noise in the common areas. The facility in the living hall such as TV and induction cooker in the kitchen are available for our use. Also, good and speedy WiFi reception too! We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to KK.

Excellent, friendly staff make guests fell welcome and comfortable. The homestay location allows for a easy accessory attraction. Room are clean and well-maintained .This is my first time to staying here (04/12/24-06/12/24)and will definitely come again.. Btw thanks you very much jeremy....

My stay was fantastic. I booked two different rooms during my stay and both of them are perfectly good. It was a two-storey big house containing dozens of rooms, with washing machine provided. The housekeeper was such a nice lady, who kept lovely cats in a spare room. I did enjoy playing with them. Jeremy the host was very responsive even though he doesn't stay here, and his mother who lives here could speak Mandarin as well. Besides, there were a food court open for 24 hours nearby and it was also not far from tourist attraction. Would definitely recommend this cozy homestay!

The space of this homestay went beyond my expectation. I chose this place mainly because it has 4 bedrooms and there are extra small mattresses were on stand by as well just in case we need it. Really spacious space, which was perfect for a family stay. The flower garden at the parking porch were a serene view to see every time we reach or leaving the home. Even though the house is old looking compare to the new apartments in the same town, but it was absolutely cosy and clean. Thank you Alice for having us, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Kuching especially if you're traveling with a family.

Peaceful environment and friendly to chat😄

The house was very clean and tidy, although it was actually far from the dock and the town centre. The landlord drove us to buy drinking water on the first night and kindly reminded us of the need to pay attention in Semporna， landlord lives next door, so it is very convenient to communicate when we have problem，the 3 day make us feel warm.

This is my second stay. This time, I was surrounded by the helper's cats and had a pleasant stay. Surprisingly, the most shy cat was by my side, and it seemed to remember me from last time, probably because I gave it a tulle. If that's the case, I won't be able to help buying tulle again at the shopping mall!　 You might even want to jog 2.3 kilometers from the cat statue. It looks like it's a very popular place to stay with a lot of guests during my stay.

Along service is amazing! We live in a room on the top floor of the 3rd floor, one bedroom and one living room, the room is very large and comfortable. The location is also RM8-10 RM to grab the town, and there are a fixed few times a day to get to the town for free. The experience exceeded expectations. The pier was dirty and messy. It was very noisy. If you come to Semporn, you have to go out to sea. The accommodation is to find a clean and comfortable place. The mangrove hotel where I went on the third night was very far. Aaron helped find a local master. I couldn't wait for the service. I like it!

Host was very responsive to my questions and query. They even let us know beforehand on the leaking issue on one of the room. We enjoyed our stay at the house, there’s even a play area for the kids to enjoy. Location is convenient since it’s walking distance from a mall. The house is spacious. Would definitely comeback :)
