Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). The apartment was added to the inventory about 12 years ago as a construction. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (approx. 10 sqm with car Markiese) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Das Fachwerkhaus ist sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist in der Mitte des wunderschönen Ortes Bornheim Brenig.Zu Fuss ist man in 2 min im Grünen.Ein Bäcker mit Tante Emma Laden ist hinter dem Haus.Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Kirche auch Dom des Vorgebirges genannt. Ein Spielplatz ist 50 m entfernt.Das Haus ist im mediterranen Stil vor 5 Jahren umgebaut worden.Das Haus hat 3 Etagen.Die Bushaltestelle ist 70m entfernt, die Bahnstation 10 min.
