Wil je er lekker even tussenuit dan is het een heerlijk plekje om even te onthaasten. Het betreft een vrijstaand huisje met een ruime eigen tuin (met tuinmeubels). De tuin grenst aan een speeltuintje en ligt pal aan de dijk. Achter de dijk (ongeveer 100 meter van de woning) bevindt zich het strandje van Baarland met een strandtent: "De Landing".
