Studio in quiet countryside setting

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.

We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. Approached by a long bumpy track, on a private road leading to Snettisham Beach and a bird reserve is this rustic and charming wooden beach house. This little gem sits in an idyllic spot nestled between a natural salt water lake and the beach. The sea-facing views from the fenced and canopied decked area at the front of the property are spectacular and ever changing with the tides.
