A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. Baydream Studio is a self-contained private and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has fabulous direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
