This holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. There is a wonderful sea-view from the balcony where you can relax. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. A five minute walk will take you to Bleak House, then on to Viking Bay, the Promenade and the many wonderful restaurants and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

This cottage has been completely refurbished in a light and airy nautical theme. The cottage is within easy reach of several Blue Flag beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. It is tucked away in a quiet idyllic courtyard but close to all the amenities Broadstairs has to offer. There is ample free parking on the Eastern Esplanade only 2 minutes walk away. Welcome to our self-contained annexe which is connected to the family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstairs. We live 15 minutes walk from Joss Bay and 20-30 minutes walk from the town centre, train station, supermarket and bus routes. Unless you enjoy a lot of walking, the Annexe is best suited to those with a car. The annexe overlooks a spacious family garden which is used by two dogs and children.
