The apartment is on the ground floor and is very centrally located. Very close to shopping, as well as old town only 3 min walk. Also in the immediate vicinity is the train station. On foot, you can reach the lake in 10 minutes. In addition, numerous excursion destinations can be reached from Murten.

New and nicely furnished 2.5 room apartment near the beautiful old town of Avenches. The medieval town extends on an isolated hill on the southern edge of the Broyee plain, in the Swiss Plateau southwest of the Murten. The apartment was built in 2021 and is fully furnished. Enter a nest of 13 m2 with its entrance and shower room. The small adjoining terrace is to relax, you can also play giant chess, foosball or ping pong. You will be able to access our pleasure garden to the north of the house. Max 10 min walk to the center of Vevey, Nestlé, the lake, the pool and the funicular. Free parking. We live there so it brings the normal noises of a family life with children and dog. Residential area
