Also in the immediate vicinity is the train station, just 2 minutes' walk! 10 minutes to the lake and the beautiful promenade! Children's playground just around the corner!

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. At the rippling fountain and hidden in the former farmhouse from 1878 is our lovingly furnished apartment with a view directly into the barn, the fountain and the horse stable. There are three individually designed living areas available. A sauna can also be used (10 per sauna session).
