Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.

Current Covid-19 precautions: Airbnb's current covid regulations, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution, all linens changed out between guests, etc. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows.
