Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Boulder County

This has been my favorite airbnb I have stayed at! It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully sticked with everything you would need and there was a grocery store within walking distance. Also the restaurants and coffee shops in the town were within walking distance as well. The view and atmosphere of this place were incredible! We will definitely be staying here again for our next Eldorado ski trip!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home while visiting our son who is at CU Boulder. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was so well equipped that I felt guilty ordering food in. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the steam shower was perfect after long days of outdoor activities. The living room was ideal to relax and watch movies together. The neighborhood is a great location with easy access to good walks and hikes and an easy drive to markets, restaurants, and all that Boulder has to offer. Zhanna and Adam were great hosts and very helpful and communicative and their binder of local tips was a great help. We hope to return soon!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from their warm welcome to their prompt responses to any questions. The house itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

We took our daughter on a University of Colorado Boulder tour. The house was the perfect location as a jumping point for snowboarding and visiting the school. The house itself was the perfect vibe, and is actually one the reasons she now wants to attend Boulder - ha. I just have to let her know the dorms wont look like this. Great location, unbelievable house and gracious host.

We loved our stay at Lynn’s home when we were in Boulder to visit our daughter, a CU student. The location is perfect, near trailheads and also close to downtown/Pearl Street. We loved being able to walk two blocks to Goat Trail which connects to gorgeous Mt. Sanitas trail. We also loved her beautiful home which was immaculate, comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and lovely outdoor spaces, both the back patio and front porch with seating and views of Boulder. The neighborhood is so friendly and the views of the Flatirons are spectacular. Although Lynn lives upstairs, the space is private. And we loved getting to know Lynn - she’s an amazing woman who is also a famous rock climber! Don’t hesitate to stay here - you will love it!

Are you kidding me? This place is simply awesome. It's simply cool, with lovely touches everywhere - the decor, the wall prints, the yoga mat! I have a little pet peeve in which usually you find crappy kitchen utensils and knives - nope not here. Great quality everywhere you look, and as a guitarist myself to find a tuned Gretsch guitar resting in the living room? I mean, c'mon. This place is so great. Since you can't buy it, at least we get to rent it. I can't say enough. What a joy. If you'll have us, we will gladly be back. Thank you!

It's hard to do justice to how wonderful this house is. It is huge--we are a family of five with three nearly-grown children who all want their own bedrooms but we like to hang out together a lot, and this house has two separate floors with plenty of beds. The beds are all very comfortable (my pet peeve is great places with bad beds) and the kitchen and bathrooms are all very well stocked. I loved the additional touches like the cool lighting, full coffee and hot cocoa provisionings, lots of bathroom items like disposable razors, cotton balls, and more. And the hot tub was fabulous--deep and hot, with tons of towels by the door. The washer and dryer work well too, and there is an LG Steamer that dries your shoes and clothes when you come in from the snow (I had never seen one of these and it was fabulous). Ellie and Hadi were incredibly responsive and very generous in giving us a late checkout. Overall, this house and the owners feel warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

Nice place in great location to explore Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street and some other cool nearby spots. Quiet residential neighborhood with easy parking, lots of trees, nice neighbors. On the first morning we found out those neighbors occasionally include mule deer, how cool is that!! Carol was flexible regarding check-in time, and greeted us on arrival. She has a ton of local recommendations for things to see and do. Her place is comfortable and well equipped. She lives above the apartment, so yes of course you can hear some normal living noises, but this did not bother us at all! Would love to come back!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

We enjoyed very much our stay. The apartment is very nice, clean, functional and located in a great area, close to all kinds of amenities. Beautiful area to do things at a walking distance. Brendan was always available for questions and helped us solved them in a short period of time. Thanks Brendan. We had a great time! Lovely place

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Marc's home! It is as beautiful as the photos make it look and very private. Marc was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. It was a pleasure talking with him and he even made us feel right at home when we got unexpectedly snowed in. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to come back someday!

Jennie's space is very clean, quiet, and a great value for the location. We were close to Boulder and saw the Milky Way at night. Lots of nice decorating touches that make you feel at home. She is meant to be hosting an airbnb! It is a basement apartment, so the only window is the front door. This was not a problem because we were out most of the day.

I loved Alma’s place! It was spacious and cozy all in one and you can’t beat the location. Beautiful quiet neighborhood 1 mile from town and 10 minutes from Eldora. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Had a great 6 night stay. Location is perfect. Easy to walk to Pearl, CU campus and shops (Sprouts etc.). Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Beautiful linens. Small but nice bathroom with a rain shower. Washer and dryer was nice for a longer stay. Would recommend and hope to visit again. Street is busy/loud but quiet at night.

I had a great stay at Alicia’s condo. It is in a quiet location and almost everything you’d need in Boulder is in walking distance. Modern appliances, comfy bed, covered parking, the heated tile bathroom floor all are appreciated. I’d happily stay here again when visiting.

Alison’s spot is fantastic because she’s clearly thought through every detail of the guest experience. The space is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, with clean white countertops, quality appliances, and modern yet warm cabinetry. The kitchen and dining areas flow beautifully, and the decor is tasteful and uncluttered. Upstairs, the three bedrooms have comfortable beds and fresh linens, and during our snowy, freezing stay, Alison even provided electric blankets for each room—a thoughtful touch. Small details, like Native-brand soaps in the bathroom and a drink fridge stocked with water and beer, show her care and attention. Nothing feels forced; it’s clear she simply asked, “What would I want in a stay?” and made it happen. Alison is also communicative and responsive, reaching out to ensure we were comfortable. It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite. If you’re staying in Boulder, this spot is hard to beat.

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

I have certain criteria that are important to me when deciding whether to give a place 5 stars, and Barbara's place checked all the boxes, for me. Comfortable beds and sitting areas, nice sheets, good water pressure in the shower, cleanliness, quiet location, parking, and good communication. Barbara's place is all about location! Close to Pearl St., where there are plenty of shops, coffee/tea cafes, restaurants, etc. Close to CU Boulder, where we were visiting our daughter. The condo isn't super high-end, so if you want a gourmet kitchen or fancy bathrooms, this might not suit your needs. Some little things were missing in the kitchen, but for someone like me, who just needs the basics, it was fine. I would definitely stay here again, based on the location and all the things I mentioned above. Barbara was SO responsive and proactive!

Eric's place is nice and welcoming. The apartment is in an older building, but it was recently remodeled and looks nice inside. The view from the front window is gorgeous. The host, Eric, is very responsive and accommodating. He provided clear instructions and offered to hold our bags and offered us to check in early.
