Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Boulder County

Great base camp for staying in the Longmont area! Close to grocery stores, nearby amenities, etc. Fenced in yard for the dogs was awesome, and the hot tub a plus. Rooms were well set up and beds extremely comfortable. No complaints! Would stay here again.

We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

The location was amazing. We were back and forth to Boulder and it was an easy drive. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the yard a lot. We had a great stay at the house.

Such a beautiful place. The attention to detail is amazing. Great wood accents are complemented by lush plants throughout the house. Great library and loft to hang out in, work remote etc. Look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

This is a great house, very well laid out, and the apartment in the basement is amazing, a pleasant surprise. Everything we needed was there. As a Floridian, it was a little cold upstairs, but otherwise everything was great.

Mike’s place felt like home right away! And thank goodness because I cooked a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner there, making my first homemade turkey gravy! I was able to walk to my friend’s place right around the corner, so the location was extremely convenient for us. We enjoyed peace and quiet and our leftovers (lol) for eight glorious days! Lynn’s place is in an amazingly peaceful & quiet neighborhood- we slept so well here. Great access to trails for walking/running, and so close to the North Boulder Park which is a lovely place to hang out. Overall 10/10 and would love to stay here again!

Home was in a nice location with a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of room with great shared spaces. Lots of care taken to make sure guest have everything needed for their stay.

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was very peaceful for those who wanted to rest and I loved that it was walkable to town via beautiful streets. All amenities provided for our needs.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Marc's rental was an absolute gem. Located just outside of Boulder: far enough from the town to have peace and quiet, but close enough that you can just drive in and explore. The rental was very cozy and simple, had everything you could possibly need for a few nights stay, and had so much character and color to it. Would absolutely stay there again!

We always enjoy staying in Jennie's guest suite! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the activities we had planned. We'd love to stay again!

Julie’s little basement apartment is small, cute, clean and cozy. Close to our son’s dorm room at CU so great location for us. Perfect spot for one or two people. If you are noise sensitive, you do hear host above and there are quiet hours as stated in listing so really this spot is for a morning person as indicated. Thanks for hosting Julie!

Loved this place in Nederland way above the City of Boulder. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. Has a neat separate entrance good for privacy. Once inside the unit is sweet, like a fancy hotel suite with a full kitchen and spacious deck. It’s very well-appointed and made me feel at home. Will definitely come back.

This a lovely, cozy, well appointed cabin retreat. It is filled with tender attention to detail. The location is fabulous, about 15 min from downtown Boulder, with a peaceful drive to and from. If you are looking for a spot filled with a little magic, this is it!

What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

Brian's airbnb was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Boulder. Very accessible and close to walkways and parks. The condo was very well stocked, tastefully decorated and very clean. I would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Nataliya's condo. It was squeaky clean with everything we needed and a few more items in the kitchen than we expected (spices, eggs, and condiments in the fridge). Absolutely loved having access to a full kitchen and we enjoyed our coffee/tea in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the back patio. It was quiet and close to the park for late day strolls. I had a great stay at Alicia’s condo. It is in a quiet location and almost everything you’d need in Boulder is in walking distance. Modern appliances, comfy bed, covered parking, the heated tile bathroom floor all are appreciated. I’d happily stay here again when visiting.

This place was nicer than my apartment back home! There were pods for the coffee machine, fresh creamer in the fridge and cans of beverages in the mini fridge. There were also some frozen items in the freezer that we could have eaten if necessary. The toiletries were upscale and there were plenty of charging stations for our electronics. If you cannot climb stairs, this may not be the right place for you. There is a flight of stairs to enter the home and the bedrooms are on the second floor. I would certainly recommend this place if I returned to the Denver/Boulder area.

Great value and Barbara was a fantastic host! Location was great, walkable to Pearl St, CU campus and many restaurants. It worked great for us and helped make graduation weekend a memorable one.

This was a perfect spot for us! Walkable to great shops, cafés and downtown. Also felt super private. Eric was so kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend this spot to friends visiting Boulder. Oh and the place is stocked with everything you might need :)
