Kerri’s place was the perfect getaway for us traveling with small children. The space is set up with everything you need to travel with kids, which makes for a comfortable trip for the adults. The unit itself is cozy and spacious with a working fireplace and useful kitchenette, and the property is beautiful! The best part though is the view, which is a stunning look at the Flatirons. Kerri is a gracious host, always available, and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Cynthia’s guest suite is adorable! It was very quiet and had everything I needed - there was even a basket of supplies in case I’d forgotten something (which I had!). I’s location was very convenient and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Cynthia is a wonderful host and I highly recommend her place!

The Hart Ranch was perfect for my stay. I enjoyed the spacious unit with some yoga, read books in the bay window, and slept soundly in the comfy bed. I was greeted by rabbits and deer. Jill is a dream host - super friendly and responsive! Next time I’ll stay longer.

Tom’s Airbnb is quite possibly the best bang for your buck that you could get in Boulder. For the price point, the convenience of the location (near the bus stop, university, local shops and restaurants, etc.) is unbeatable. It works really well for one person or a couple. As some of the reviews say, the shower is in the kitchen but I didn’t find that to be problematic.

Kendal was a great host. very helpful and responsive. The place was just as advertised. loved taking morning walks on the beautiful trails right outside the door.

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sara's place. The location can't be beat, as it is walking distance to Pearl Street in Boulder, with so many great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Sara's unit is modern and meticulously well kept. She has also provided many amenities, so as guests, we weren't lacking for anything! Sara is thoughtful and very responsive. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we would stay here again with no hesitation!

We had a great time at Sandy’s place. The unit was lovely and had everything we needed - well equipped to make great coffee and cook! It’s also right next to some trails and just a short drive from lots of great hiking locations near boulder. We got some inspiration from the trail maps / guides in the unit!

Joan is an incredibly warm and responsive host. She and her husband Sven could not have been nicer to me. I truly enjoyed my three-week stay in Boulder on a mini-sabbatical at the University of Colorado. Her home is situated in a lovely, quiet section of town. It's reasonably convenient to Boulder's famous downtown mall, to the University, and to stores like Trader Joe's (where I bought food to cook in the microwave or on the small stovetop) and sports shops like Epic Mountain Gear (outfitting for ski trips). There was ample on-street parking for my rental car. I especially appreciated the washer & dryer, which allowed me to do a few loads of laundry. A separate entrance allowed me to come and go with complete privacy.

We always enjoy staying in Jennie's guest suite! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the activities we had planned. We'd love to stay again!

Julie's place is great. Excellent location, convenient to town and CU, well-appointed, and very clean. Communication was thorough and clear. Would definitely stay again. Good to be aware that there is not a full-kitchen (no stove), but those seem to be very hard to come by at an affordable price in Boulder. Wasn't an issue for us.

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Aja was fantastic and communicative. The place was as described. The kids loved the hot tub.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

We loved our stay here at Tyler’s place! It was the perfect amount of secluded in the mountains but also close enough to other cities to be able to do things! The only part I would change would be having a few more towels so we didn’t have to use the same towels for the hot tub and showering. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The pizza place up the road was wonderful as well!

We loved staying here! Cozy, quiet, with beautiful nature views and distant mountain ridge! We watched deer in the morning and evening from the couch and were able to walk to Pearl or nearby restaurants with ease! It was perfect for my partner and I, we would definitely stay here again! The unit was well equipped, we had space to stretch and do yoga, while having a place to work remotely, and cook lovely meals.

Great little spot for a Basecamp to enjoy the outdoors activities nearby, and i didn't even get to use the hot tub or sauna - i will be sure to do so next time!

Beautiful place in a good location, was convenient for us. We were able to park both our trucks and get around town easy. The condo is nice it’s been up kept well and was comfortable. It was pricey but in comparison to a hotel room it worked great. Jesse is a really good host and it was a great stay.
