A cocoon of softness with a closed garden and a terrace. The maisonette is located in Vesoul close to the English garden, the Theater, the market square and the city center. The cottage has been completely renovated by Amelie and Sylvain. The decoration was done tastefully in a Scandinavian atmosphere. The maisonette can accommodate up to 4 people+1 baby. It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

This small house located 15 minutes from Epinal and 20 minutes from the spa towns (Vittel, Contrex) has a terrace (south facing), a fitted kitchen, and a large private parking lot. Upstairs, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, desk and walk-in shower.
